In order to cast large ceramic pieces, it was necessary to develop a special clay whose composition is similar to that of Limoges porcelain.
The first stage of the process is the design and manufacture of the mould.
The clay is then poured into the mould, and the piece is removed once it has set.
The moulding process allows for the reproduction of complex shapes as well as extremely fine details.
It is therefore easy to produce runs of pieces.
In addition to table tops, it is possible to produce ceramic legs in a variety of shapes.
